New Zealand based Egyptian political and human rights activist, and one of the Egyptian revolution leaders in 2011 in Alexandria and the media spokeswoman of the Youth Revolution Coalition. Abeer obtained a PhD that was focused on the Egyptian-Ethiopian dispute over the Nile and how to manage the risks to Egypt’s water supply due to the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
